The Synergy web platform exists in the cloud and provides a secure, web-based record retrieval and management solution that greatly streamlines the process of requesting, retrieving, and organizing relevant medical records. Our easy-to-use web application gives users unlimited online access to all tools and resources – anytime, from anywhere in the world. With no software to buy or download, it’s as simple as signing up, and the account is free!
Requesting Records: Record Requests and Authorization forms can be securely uploaded through the Synergy web portal with a click, and we take it from there. Your request is sent to the provider within 24 hours, and then we follow-up every 2 – 3 days until we get your records.
Receiving Records: We’ll send you an alert when your records are in. You can then login to the Synergy application to view, print, download and save your urgent medical records – it’s that easy. We can also mail you hard copies of records.
Secure Hosting and Storage: After retrieving your records, Synergy will continue to host and store records on our secured servers for continual access by any authorized party as designated by your organization.
